ABOUT US

 

William & Mary Television (WMTV) is the only student-run television station at The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. It plays syndicated television shows, movies and original student-created productions. WMTV was founded in 2001 by Ross Johnston as a spin-off of The College's Student Information Network.

 

The station can be seen on campus cable channel 53. Current WMTV shows include news programs Tribe Talk and Flat Hat Insider, fashion segment Trendspotters, scripted show Ghostburg, Tribe sports program Tribe Sports Overtime, a movie review segment Tribe Choices @ the Movies as well as a TV show review segment TV Talk, and comedy sketch Trippin' On Bricks.
