ABOUT WMTV

William & Mary Television (WMTV) is the only student-run television station at The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. It plays syndicated television shows, movies and original student-created productions. WMTV was founded in 2001 by Ross Johnston as a spin-off of The College's Student Information Network.

 

The station can be seen on campus cable channel 62. Current WMTV shows include news program Tribe Update, fashion segment Trendspotters, scripted shows Ghostburg, Genre Swap, Saturday Night Tribe, Tribe sports program Tribe Sports Overtime, a movie review segment Tribe Choices @ the Movies as well as a TV show review segment TV Talk, and a cooking variety show Everyday Gourmet.
